Jumping - Challenge

Jumping, jumping, bloody jumping. I know I didn't choose this one (and my lateral thinking cap had gone awol Jennywrenny).
Anyway, set the self timer and jumped up and down, up and down, up and down and this was the best effort I could get I'm afraid.
Annoyingly I couldn't get my continuous shutter release to work in conjunction with self timer.
