work station?

Newhaven Station is being lovingly and slowly renovated... not to run trains through it, but apparently to rent out as individual workstations or serviced office spaces. I am quite tempted. It is nearby and would allow me to move out of the cupboard. Mind you then I wouldn't be able to work with Minnie on my knee...
