Rainy day

Well, it seemed like an odd morning to be taking the camera out to get pictures - one of those surprisingly frequent moments in Blipland where you feel a little mad! But I'd persuaded myself that if I took the car right up to the field track and then got under the shelter of the railway bridge it would be okay. Hmm! Not sure I was right. The ground was covered in greasy muddy slosh, the rain was lashing down and the wind blowing it horizontally through the tunnel, so I had to move to Plan B.
Be very quick!
This is the result.
Nothing I could do about the light, of course, and without the red umbrella turned inside out and caught in the bush I wouldn't have got anything worth the name, but as well as adding a splash of colour, for me it just turned the scene into essence of rainy day, and I liked that.
Next time it's as wet as this (ie tomorrow/Friday) I shall be sensible and do something indoors!!
