Poo Poo Point

The Turtle Patrol took their first training hike today preparing for the week-long trip in August in Olympic National Park. Today's hike was 8 miles round trip up to Poo Poo Point (named for the sound that the loggers steam whistles used to make in the area). It's a popular hike and a perfect launch site for parasailing.
