Nice And Cosy.....

It has taken me a little longer than usual, but the project I started the other day is finally finished!

A lack of spare time and a general desire to sleep has ensured that this simple knitting job has been slow to complete, but the finished item is just how I wanted it to be.....a classic knit, one size fits all was the effect I was after, and I hope my friend likes it.

Oh and today, a crazy lady came into the shop (where I work on the weekends) and as we were closing we said we couldn't help her, she refused to leave and got a little rude!!!!!

Her eyes told me she was slightly loony tunes so I told the manager to tread carefully.....10 minutes later the softly softly approach hadn't worked so I stepped in; told her she was rude and her attitude stank and she better leave before I called the police (I dialled the number and held the phone up to my ear) then she got up and left while still mumbling something to herself.....phew.....I really hate being rude or nasty to people but I think in this case it was definitely needed!

After we rid the shop of her negativity we filled the space with some nervous laughter.....if she really was nuts, she could've had a knife and things could've ended so differently.....thank goodness it didn't.

On arriving home I finished the cosy.....it helped calm me down I think ;)
