Preparing Gloriana

Hubbie and I were killing some time this evening before going to an open evening at the local Photographic Society.

So we wandered down to the River front at Richmond.

We got our first close up view of Gloriana, which is being prepared for the Jubilee celebrations.

What a stunner she is! I hope to go back and get some closer shots, she really looks good at close quarters. This shot doesn't do her proud.
