Don't let go!

Firstly, sorry its another bike pic, but its all I have been shooting today and I have some news!!!




I had gone up to the motocross track today to shoot for an hour and ended up staying about 4, I had access to areas where the public are not allowed which was fun, and that allowed for some great shooting opportunities.

On the way back down the hill the owner of the track stopped me to chat, I assumed the guy I had spoken to the other day was the owner, but he is the manager.

Anyway, he was a great guy, and as they are new owners they want to promote the track as much as possible, the upshot of which is I now have full access to the track to photograph the riders, I can have a sign up promoting my photography, and he has asked that I put leaflets and cards at the office so all the riders know where to come when they want to buy their photo's. He doesn't want anything from me for shooting there, as long as I join a motocross website and keep a thread going with current pictures from the track!

As its a test/practice track and not a race circuit it is used all year round, he said that even in the winter there are often a couple of hundred riders up there at the weekends, and they are a right bunch of poseurs who love to have picture's of themselves on their walls flying through the air!

Anyway, it costs me nothing but my time, so as long as I am there shooting and able to give the riders decent shots I can pretty much do as I like! Today I came away with 15 phone numbers and email addy's for people wanting to know if I have shot them today....!!

So tonight I will be in photoshop if anybody needs me lol....
