Brambles

Took this whilst out walking along one of the many cycle paths in and around the lothians!

I always remember loving picking them as a child and either eating them there and then (never worrying of course about how clean they were) or collecting a whole load and trying to convince my mum to make something with them later.

I also remember scrambling amongst the trees and bushes to find them as the old railway line I went for walks along with my father then certainly didn't have tarmac all the way along and was a much more of an adventure!
