April.... or Autumn???

From my usual vantage point at the window, waiting for inspiration - looked down into next door's garden & amongst the bark chips I saw these mushrooms! The world has gone mad. Either that or did I sleep through Summer? First time I've ever seen fungi at this time of year.

I've been very good today. Finally got round to de-frosting the freezer! Nearly did a blip of all the ice then thought it really would show me in a bad light. Housework isn't my favourite pastime :-(
