Starting over?

It's been a looooooong time since I drove cars.

So, I thought it best that I "invest" in some refresher lessons before I take to the road. Wow! Times have changed!

The ONLY thing I could remember was to honk my horn when I go through red lights and apparently you shouldn't do that any more!

So, a copy of the Official Highway Code should help - HELP!
