Mashed potato in a bowl

Tonight I tried hard to eat up some of the leftovers in the fridge. It's filled with bowls of things that need to be finished!

Leftover mashed potato is always a gift, but I added a bit much olivio and it went really runny. Tasted great in a bowl though. And those are the last of the Rodrigo Road zucchini on the side.
