a different kind of day

The beach provides constant inspiration, but without seasons or weather in SoCal, it can also seem rather...well...the same all the time. Today, however, was cool and foggy from sunrise to sunset. A warm sunny day at the beach would have been a nice end of summer treat, but as a photographer, the calm, mysterious silence of the sea today was all that I could ask for.
