Final week

Lots of meetings and interviews today and more taste testing. Just found a French Baker he's amazing. I have eaten lots today.
Elliot was with me this afternoon as on an inset day helped with spreadsheets for staff etc, which was brilliant as not my bag, fine analysing but not creating.
Had olives, mustard, cheese, ham testing also.
All fire equipment sorted.
The counter is nearly finished its been hand built so pleased.
The counter went behind the window graphics today, looks fab.

Got home at 8.30 to find Denise had been again to pick the dogs up and taken them got a walk, which is a massive weight off my shoulders.
