bench............

..........sorry just more messing about with layers today. i would have had a shot of an attempted goldfish suicide but i was the only one at home when it happened.
you see today i cleaned the fish tank (and this is no dainty fish tank). anyway i put the fish into a bucket of water while i cleaned the tank and Mrs McD and baby McD went to the pet shop to buy a more reasonably sized one. so while they were out i rang my mum to say hello and while on the phone i heard what i thought were footsteps in the hall. so i look out the window to see if the family have arrived home but no car. so i wander into the hallway to have a look but no one is there.......................then i happened to glance down and see one of the goldfish lying still on the floor. now i must admit my first though was "oh shit the bairn will be coming home to a dead fish and then there will be tears". so i quickly got the fish back into the bucket, well i say quickly, as soon as i went near him he found a new lease of life and tried to make his way out of the front door. as i was scooping him in i cursed the fact that no one else was around because if they had been my first would have been "where's my camera?". never mind, blip op missed but fish saved and after much debating still in the same old tank and not the ashtray that Mrs McD thought would be suitable for fish that can launch themselves out of a bucket!

sorry for the lack of commenting but i seem to have been a bit busy of late.
