Mac Pro With Problems

Today has not been a very productive one. I looked at my emails, shortly after I got up and immediately saw an unexpected error message on my computer screen, advising that one of the hard drives on the RAID system had failed. No problem, I have a spare hard drive ready, so I fitted it. The hard drive is fine, so is the rest of the computer, but the RAID system, which should automatically rebuild itself, will not do so! I have spent from 0730 until 2100 trying to resolve this problem and I have now decided to stop and sleep on it.

I almost forgot my blip, but what else could it be but the offending beast.
