Driving to the hospital

Yesterday we were happy things were finally OK with my sister since the accident. But the story goes on.

Last night (about 15 minutes after putting up my blip) my sister let us know the bleeding had started again. They tried to stop the bleeding (which was very painfull) but it didn't help at all. It was then decided that she needed surgery immediatly to try and find the source of the bleeding. During the operation (where they checked her nasal and paranasal cavities) they found two damadged veins. They then managed to stop the bleeding. The doctor said it was good they found it because it could have ended badly with all the bloodloss. Because of the bloodloss she also received two blood transfusions.

Since the operation she has not had any bleeds and she is looking much better again. She will have to stay in hospital a while longer but hopefully this will be the end of it.

This must have been one of the most intense weeks I have ever had.
