In Training

My 'training' for my time trials continues, finally receiving confirmation of my last 10 time trial tonight, the race begins, for me at least, at 10:08 am.

Hopefully I can get a sub 26 ride, although I will be happy with a mid 26 to finish off what has been a good year, on the bike at least.

Also back blipped the last week!
