Plant vs. Human

Thought I'd try some flower photography today.

Well, truthfully, it HAD to be indoors as it's been raining pretty much all day - no water shortages here!

Not much to say about this image/plant really, I don't know what it's called or even what it is, but it made a nice enough subject for today's shoot :)

Oh yes, this is impossible to tell from the angle I took the shot at, but the focus is centered on the main branch which stands high above the rest, and probably why it's flourishing more than the flowers on the adjacent sides which look worn and bedraggled in comparison.

In post-processing, I've adjusted for the poor white balance in-camera and added a little vibrance and contrast levels. The filter is 'Technicolour Process (2-stop)', from Alien Skin.
