......New York Wales!

This is the village of Llanymynech in Mid Wales.

The interesting thing about Llanymynech is that one side of the road is in England and the other in Wales. So today's blip is of the English side, and on St David's day, the guest house directly opposite is adorned with Welsh flags. It's all very good natured 'rivalry'.

I like to see someone celebrating St Georges day, as it seems to pass by pretty much unnoticed. Are we English just too apathetic compared to our Welsh and Scottish neighbours?
