'Doga'

So, today just as workshop was about to begin a dog decided to join our 'twisting' session. Oh, how this made me smile!
It was a really good workshop and gave me lots of food for thought.

Practice was rather odd today. I began slow, heavy & tired and then somehow about half way through I came to life. I was glad of this energy burst as I had to work strongly on the postures that I'm struggling to find in my body. Tic-tocs with Tim were super challenging but thankfully I stayed strong and managed all that he asked of me.

Tomorrow we have an inversion workshop, this will be interesting.
