St George's Day

We have many banners out in the High Street celebrating St George's Day and and the Quincentenary of Queen Katherine Parr. I took this blip early as the forecast is rain again and the Moderator needs to approve it because I have had to rotate the image through 90 degrees. How do I get over this problem? Not the rain, the Moderator!
