15 years ago a friend brought me a big deep black seed from somewhere in the middle of Africa. This seed decorated for more than a decade my desk. One day "she" wanted to be planted. Growing fastly the first weeks, she probably realised that it's Vienna where she's landed and stopped emediately doing anything. Six months later she lost all the leafs and died. Next june she made a new small branch (the middle one), stopped and died. Last year a new branch became slightly bigger (left), stopped growing after two months and seemed to die in autumn. Yesterday I saw the first time two new branches!
