Packing day - checking all the stuff is ready and all the un-ready stuff is at least identified. 'Known Unknowns' as Rumsfeld would say.

Few random pot plant snaps mid the glowering skies skudding past. Sun at a premium - minimal at best & bits of hail un-conducive to blithe outdoor wandering.

Had to explain the benefits of keeping one of these on the kitchen windowsill to my dad the other day.. Recommended to all - very easy to keep, very soothing on a blister.

First Aid kit - packed ;)
This medicine's staying home though..
