Thatched taverns and rainy days

The day started sunny and bright, and we lazed around all morning before getting out and about.

My guests toured Windsor while Nathan played football, and the rains came down.

Our planned park walk changed to drinking a bottle of wine in this cosy place, which is a wonderful pub and restaurant near the park.

Later we enjoyed a fantastic home cooked Sunday roast.

The trip wouldn't have been complete without hail for the third day in a row, and we were not disappointed.

I will miss my sister and her friends so much when they travel onwards to France tomorrow. I have had a lovely lovely time.
