Eagle Court, The Goldsmiths' Centre
So after a gruelling week at work culminating in me working on both Saturday and Sunday this weekend I was determined to take some photographs of some exciting new architecture in London. It just so happens that Eagle Court for Goldsmiths' has recently been completed just around the corner from the office. Designed by John Lyall Architects, it uses stone cladding and patinated brass cladding panels very effectively as part of the external envelope. Both the design and the construction are high quality.
This shot was taken just after the rain had stopped and the sun came out, a bit of good luck.
I also tried some landscape photography this evening as well which you can see here, but I think I'll need to start using graduated filters to get any level of success in this department.
Hopefully work will calm down now so I might get a chance to do some more regular blipping, I've seriously been missing it lately.
