Ibuprofen

May introduce my new fiend of late. Though you should take a lot of him on an empty stomach he is a good friend and will help me sleep like Paracetamol. He also comes in a snazzy red box and is wonderfully cheap and safe, just like his friends.

I've spent most of today watching classic Sci-Fi on TV and on DVD, I'm sick so it's a good excuse to monopolise the the TV for a change. My better half doesn't understand classics such as the The Day The Earth Stood Still, Colossus: The Forbin Project or last of all Planet of the Apes. Mind you at least I can have sweet stuff without question - it's the only thing I can taste.
