Pulp (non) Fiction

This is the apple pulp after it has been strained to make apple and cinnamon jelly.

I make the jelly to sell for my daughter's primary school, they sell it to raise funds. I ask the parents to give me fruit out of their gardens and generally make lots of apple jellies with cloves, rowans, nutmeg and mixed spice.

Eco daughter was mystified by this object on the table, she thought it was some sort of turkey to be cooked.
