Heron

We had a great time at the ceilidh last night; the ceilidh season is over for the summer months now, but there is a 'gathering' in a few weeks, just to let us keep our hand (or our feet) in. There were people at the ceilidh from long distances, it amazes me how far people will travel for a good dance, and floor was crowded and it was HOT.

A quiet day today, went to church and then had lunch, and have just had a wee walk. Saw this heron, far away, but did my best with it. C is coming to dinner, so need to start preparations.
