Taking a breather

This is Holly, Rory's little friend, taking a breather from the party activities. Her Mum and I met at ante-natal class and discovered we lived in the same village and became friends. Both boys were invited to a joint birthday party today so it was nice to see them partying together.

I had a lovely day yesterday in Glasgow, and Jamie's was really nice although I made a bad choice for my main course. I opted for crab squid ink rissotto. I though the squid ink was only for effect, but it actually has an overpowering strong flavour. Great giggles though as we worked our way through a few cocktail menus.
