More creepy crawlies

So L's new snake arrived today! Somehow, I feel as if we are going backwards. M and I decided "No more pets!" Once we stopped farming with the pigs, the plan was to keep the animal numbers down by not adding any more pets to the household so that when we want to travel, we are able to without too much drama.
Since then, we have gained not 1 but 5 cats!! Also a lovebird and now the snake. Add the hermit crabs from work that I am babysitting for a while and it's starting to get a little over crowded round here...
