young Red-Winged Blackbird

J + N and I walked quickly around the wetlands boardwalk today, as it was already sprinkling a little and thunderstorms were forecast. (It's a mile-long loop)
-I spotted a female RWB with a good-sized bug in her mouth and figured she was heading for a nest (we had seen a couple others sitting in nests). But she headed for this little one, and I just missed her feeding it.
