In memory of my father who passed away Tuesday evening at the age of 78 while doing that which he loved: walking his dogs along the C+O canal with his wife Lilian.

Thank you for teaching me so much Dad, but I especially thank you for showing me your reverence of Nature and your love for living things.

(and thanks for the hummus and jelly sandwich at soccer last week)
