Helicopter Heroes

Went to Portree shopping this morning and while in one of the shops heard the distinctive sound of a helicopter overhead. As we were close to the helipad we decided to go up and see which helicopter it was. The Coastgaurd Rescue helicopters are regular visitors to the area, more so in the summer time when there are a lot of hill walkers and climbers on the island. Fortunately today they were not having to rescue anyone but appeared to be on some kind of meet and greet event as there were a lot of people up at the helipad who went out to have a look at the helicopter.
