The front light on my porch has a birds nest. The other day, a baby bird fell out, bounced off my head, and hit the ground. It's kinda hard to know what to do in situations like that. I grabbed a piece of paper, slid it under the bird, and put it back into the nest, but I think it's pretty much doomed if it falls out like that. Sad, but there's nothing you can do. And there are always more chicks.
