I wish the city would actually enforce this law. I mean why is it that the 20th car in line at the red light has to lean on the horn at the exact moment the light turns green???

BTW, for all you Europeans, that equals about 5 euros by today's standards. Good thing Senatard McCain is gonna save the day for us :/
