Whales!

This was my favourite day in Mauritius. We all drove up to Grand Baie in the north-west; then got a catamaran trip out to Îlot Gabriel (on the Cat Dancer). Did a bit of sunbathing and swimming (saw a small reef shark), then bbq and some snorkelling. Then we headed back (there were about seven other catamarans doing the exact same day trip as us). On the way back, saw a pod of about six dolphins, and then later two whales followed the catamarans for several minutes. This was one of the better photos I got of them, showing clearly the tail of one of them.
