Halifax Minster

A trip to Halifax and we discovered this church.

It was St Johns Parish Church until 2009 when it became a Minster.
This tower was erected between 1449 and 1482 and the church itself completed about 1438.

It is in Halifax town centre at the foot of a steep wooded hillside.

My day gets more colourful from now on - a night out at a fundraising
quiz with Jeanneb53 and husband!
