1907 fashion

Took this photo while out and about in Glasgow today, and who says Glaswegians aren't stylish?! These ones from 1907 certainly were.

We were in the Mitchell Library and they have a facinating series of large photos from the different phases of construction of the building. This photo was of a large well-dressed audience watching Andrew Carnegie lay the foundation stone, which contained a time capsule of the era.

After leaving the Mitchell we headed into town, spent the last of the wedding vouchers eventually, then came back to chill out at home.
