Banksy mystery

So...it made the local newspaper.

This has appeared on a building by the harbour in Thurso. And its quite well hidden too.

Has the great Banksy visited the Far North of Scotland, or has someone made a very convincing copy?

The only reason I think its not real is because the balloon is smudged....but then again?
