Day T-78: Dumbarton Rock

Went for a run from work today and explored some of the cycle paths around Dumbarton. It was beautiful conditions, perfect for running and I felt pretty decent considering the amount of training that I have done this week. I'm starting to get to the stage that I can see the hard work paying off and will be able to cope with the demands I will be placing on my body over the next couple of months where I will be ramping up the distances and hours closer to what I will need to do on race day.
