Boulder Colorado is famous for its Pearl Street mall. On most days you'll find street magicians, musicians, artists and the like. Truly an original. Today, being 420 which is 'smoke all the pot you want in public in Boulder' was very quite since the police are patrolling and citing violators. So, Pearl Street mall was very sedate. Must be smoking indoors.
