Ben Lomond from Gartocharn

So we spent a great and most instructive afternoon at Gartocharn, just south of Loch Lomond learning the technicalities of our Canon DSLR. having taken a lot of photos and had them commented on. We had just finished up when the clouds rolled away from Ben Lomond and revealed a cap of fresh snow.
We both now feel much more confident (if not yet competent) about using the manual (dark) side rather than copping out and letting the automatic settings do it all for us.
Weekend time now so enjoy! There is a bottle of Becks Mine awaiting me.
