Friday night is curry night...

This week it's kheema mutter ... spicy mince with peas ... features 4 green chillis and madras curry paste. Though strangely it's spicy but not hot. It was cooked for hour and a half though. Very tasty and the scores are just about to be dished out... Heading to the sunshine tomorrow, not sure about the time difference and what that will do with my dates on the camera... mmm, let's see.
