Alighting on a light

A pair of wings that would not go amiss on a Viking Helmet methinks.
Today was a Gull Watching day.... told you I would struggle for pics... Though I must admit they do have a mastery of flight that a lot of other birds simply don't.
Here is one looking a bit Eagle-ish
