Cream & Fresh Fruit Victoria Sponge

Awsomo & I have some friends coming over for dinner tonight. Iv made jerk, chilli & lime fajitas with wholemeal wraps, Mexican spicy rice with beans & corn and for dessert a cream & fresh fruit Victoria sponge. Am rather chuffed with my efforts. Just hope it all tastes good! Now where are Big & Jo??? We're starving.
