Local Forecast

I'm sorry about the quality of this image, but with a long drive to Glasgow and limited opportunities to blip, I felt this rather summed up today.

We are sitting in the Premier Inn, Milngavie having driven for 5 and 1/2 hours. We are hoping this sign is not a portent of things to come as we will start a walk from Glasgow to Fort William along the West Highland Way on Sunday.

As for the weather, it was quite pleasant with only the occasional short shower.
