Ganesh

I spotted this beautiful Ganesh in a shop today. He is a real star.
Today's led class was 2 & 1/2 hrs! It was slow & very demanding! I struggled to keep my breath steady at times but I felt good after!
A few of us went out to supper tonight, the setting was beautiful & the food yummy. We even had a glass if wine.
Tomorrow is our day off but if I'm honest I would happily get on my mat.
