Tay Street Chimneys

The chimneys and gables are a major feature of this building. What Perth was like when they were all in use can only be imagined.

I have a letter written to the first owner of my house, in 1904. The house is five minutes walk from here, and 30m above this level. The writer says "Long may you be spared to enjoy the clear air".
