Mammoday (Just do it ladies!)
Every day in New Zealand, seven women are diagnosed with Breast Cancer.
Today was mammoday as I call it.
A good friend of mine was diagnosed with breast cancer 3 years ago at the age of 37. At the time & to this day she was & still is a source of courage & inspiration for me. The early detection of her breast cancer saved her life. So whether you're 21 or 70, have a family history of breast cancer or not, go on do it go & get a mammogram. There's no shame in it & it's over before you know it.
Check out Saveseven.
On another note Rich has been in Fiordland over the last couple of days check out his back blips here Day 1, here Day 2 & here Day 3. They're awesome!
Love, K
