More than a face lift

Towards the end of my run this morning I went past this old garage at the front corner of a 100+ year old Kauri villa and was surprised to see that it is being repaired, refurbished, upgraded, choose your word. Look at this to see the change from January 2011 (and up to very recently). Almost a million blips later (only 450 of them from me), somebody wants it to look better.

I am entering this into the challenge for plastic, as a face lift is called plastic surgery. This is more than just the front (face) being made to look good; the whole north side of the house and garage has been at the least repainted.
